Request for Proposals
TC2 provides the expertise required to successfully manage a formal RFP (Request for Proposals), whether it's for traditional interexchange carrier services, local services, data networks, wireless services, or global procurements. During the process, your resources will remain free to manage your day-to-day network requirements more efficiently. We start by developing a demand set and, in conjunction with LB3, determining critical terms and conditions. We continue with the development of the RFP content, the evaluation and management of vendor responses, the down-selection of bidders, and then the critical face-to-face negotiations.

Contract Negotiations
The heart of the procurement process lies in understanding the technical and financial impact of vendor responses, effectively communicating to vendors what they need to change or improve in their bids in order to succeed, and doing the nuts-and-bolts work across the negotiating table. Working with TC2, you will understand the financial and technical issues relevant to your contract negotiations. TC2 collaborates with you to set the strategy of the negotiation and conduct the negotiations. Ours is a full partnership to make decisions in regard to critical price points, terms and conditions (working with LB3 or other counsel selected by the client), and any technical/migration issues.
