For Sprint, now everything has to go right

Sprint has a long and cherished history in the enterprise market. But for the last two years we’ve been expressing serious worry about the clash between its corporate strategy and the way that large business accounts work in the real world.

Our central concern has been a simple lack of practicality in Sprint’s product roadmap. Sprint’s habit of making grand pronouncements about partnerships and network “visions” hasn’t synched well with large enterprises’ need for stability, scale, and a basic level of fidelity to near-term product promises.
