Clearwire’s financial crunch hits Sprint’s WAN enterprise product hopes

Two words you never want to have to mention if you’re a publicly held company are these: “Going Concern.” But Clearwire, the 4G WiMax operator that’s 54% owned by Sprint, reached that point late last week. The company had to make an SEC filing publicly expressing uncertainty about its ability to continue to operate as a going concern.
