Tony Mangino is a Director at TC2 who helps enterprise sourcing and IT leaders modernize global connectivity while improving commercial outcomes. His work sits at the intersection of technology strategy and disciplined deal execution—translating Internet-first, SD-WAN, and SASE target states into architectures, operating models, and contracts that perform in the real-world.
Tony partners with stakeholders across procurement, IT, and finance to build defensible business cases, develop and execute strategic sourcing and technology roadmaps, and maximize negotiation leverage. He is detail-oriented by design: baselining current spend and service requirements, modeling future-state scenarios, and pressure-testing assumptions so teams can make decisions with clarity and confidence. From there, he leads collaborative sourcing programs and negotiations that protect the buyer’s position—aligning price, service levels, commercial flexibility, and governance to the outcomes the business needs.

Tony holds a master’s degree in Telecommunications Management from George Washington University and is ITIL v3 certified.
